Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-08-22
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CTRcheck, including its website, user accounts, courses, memberships, community features, digital resources, downloads, freebies, reviews, ratings, carts, course-progress features, and related services. “CTRcheck,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Mark AI Guy. By creating an account, purchasing or accessing content, joining the community, or otherwise using CTRcheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About CTRcheck
CTRcheck is an online education and creator-community platform. It may provide courses, tutorials, training, digital resources, prompts, templates, workflow demonstrations, community discussions, AI-related education, content-creation education, business and creator education, and other learning materials. CTRcheck provides educational information and is not a law firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, medical provider, employment agency, or other regulated professional adviser unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on CTRcheck. You represent that information submitted to CTRcheck is truthful and that your use of the service is lawful.
3. Account registration and security
Some features require an account. You may be asked for a name, email address, authentication credentials, and information necessary to provide courses, community access, billing support, and progress tracking. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify CTRcheck promptly at support@ctrcheck.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Account sharing and misuse
Access is personal unless a product explicitly states otherwise. You must not sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or share paid account access with unrelated third parties. You must not use false identities, bypass technical restrictions, scrape restricted content, circumvent paywalls, exploit platform bugs, or interfere with platform security. CTRcheck may suspend accounts reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
5. Courses, memberships, freebies and digital products
CTRcheck may offer individual courses, bundles, memberships, community access, free lessons, freebies, templates, prompts, guides, downloadable files, workshops, recordings, tools, and other digital resources. The product page or checkout page controls the specific scope of each purchase. Course titles, lessons, examples, demonstrations, and curriculum may be updated, reorganized, expanded, corrected, archived, or replaced to maintain relevance and platform quality.
6. Access duration
Single-course purchases grant lifetime access to that course. Membership grants access to every course only while your subscription remains active; if membership is cancelled or lapses, course access from membership ends, though any course bought individually stays accessible. If CTRcheck uses the phrase “lifetime access,” it means access for as long as CTRcheck continues to operate and maintain that product or a substantially equivalent replacement, subject to these Terms; it does not guarantee that every file, lesson, technology, third-party tool, or feature will exist forever in its original form.
7. Prices, taxes and payment authorization
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases. By placing an order, you authorize the payment provider to charge the amount displayed. Taxes, fees, or currency conversion may apply depending on your location, payment method, and applicable law — CTRcheck’s prices are set in US dollars but may be charged in Nigerian naira via Paystack at the prevailing exchange rate, and the checkout page shows the converted amount before you pay. A price change will not retroactively change a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
8. Paystack payment processing
CTRcheck uses Paystack and may use other disclosed payment providers. When payment details are entered into Paystack’s payment environment, Paystack processes payment and transaction information under its own legal terms and privacy practices. CTRcheck does not intentionally store raw card numbers when those details are processed directly by Paystack. CTRcheck may retain transaction references, payment status, amount, date, purchased product, refund status, and other information reasonably necessary for accounting, access control, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
9. Failed, reversed or disputed payments
If payment is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, or reasonably identified as fraudulent, CTRcheck may withhold or suspend paid access while the transaction is investigated. A chargeback does not automatically establish that a customer was entitled to a refund. CTRcheck may provide transaction records and proof of access or delivery to Paystack, banks, card networks, regulators, or dispute-resolution providers where necessary to respond to a payment dispute.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the CTRcheck Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should review that policy before purchase.
11. Community access and conduct
CTRcheck may operate community spaces on the platform or through third-party services such as WhatsApp. Community access is intended for learning, support, discussion, and networking. See the Community Guidelines for the full rules — in short, users must not harass others, post unlawful or defamatory content, spam members, distribute malware, disclose another person’s private information without authorization, promote fraud, distribute pirated content, impersonate others, or solicit users in a manner that materially disrupts the community.
12. Reviews and course ratings
Users may be permitted to rate or review courses. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive, knowingly false, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent material. CTRcheck may moderate or remove reviews to enforce policy, prevent fraud, correct technical errors, or comply with law. Any administrative rating-management functionality must not be used to materially mislead consumers about genuine user sentiment.
13. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, CTRcheck and/or its licensors own the platform, brand assets, course recordings, lesson text, graphics, templates, prompts, downloads, presentations, software, designs, documentation, and original educational materials. A purchase provides a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable content for personal learning. It does not transfer ownership.
14. Restrictions on course content
- Do not reproduce, resell, sublicense, redistribute, mirror, leak, or publicly upload paid course content.
- Do not share paid downloads or credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Do not record or redistribute members-only sessions except where CTRcheck gives written permission.
- Do not create a directly competing paid product by substantially copying CTRcheck’s protected expression, course materials, or proprietary resources.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, security, or access-control notices.
15. User-generated content
If you submit reviews, comments, questions, profile information, testimonials, feedback, or community posts, you retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant CTRcheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. Separate permission may be requested before using a user’s name, image, or testimonial in paid advertising beyond normal platform display.
16. Educational and results disclaimer
CTRcheck provides education, examples, workflows, and commentary. Results vary based on skill, execution, market conditions, audience, platform policies, tools, effort, timing, and other factors. CTRcheck does not guarantee income, revenue, profit, employment, sponsorships, monetization, audience growth, views, viral performance, CTR, conversions, rankings, business success, or any other specific result. Case studies, analytics, revenue figures, or examples are illustrative and are not promises of future performance.
17. Third-party tools, platforms and links
CTRcheck may teach, demonstrate, recommend, link to, or integrate with third-party AI tools, websites, social networks, payment services, software, and communities. Third parties may change pricing, features, policies, APIs, availability, or account rules at any time. CTRcheck does not control third parties and is not responsible for their independent acts, outages, account decisions, privacy practices, or terms. Users are responsible for complying with third-party terms.
18. Platform and content changes
CTRcheck may update, replace, reorganize, discontinue, or modify platform features or course materials where reasonably necessary for security, relevance, legal compliance, product quality, or business operations. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve paid access or provide an equivalent alternative where a purchased product is materially changed.
19. Availability and maintenance
CTRcheck aims to maintain reliable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, hosting or network problems, cyber incidents, third-party failures, force majeure, or circumstances outside CTRcheck’s reasonable control.
20. Suspension and termination
CTRcheck may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, security threats, payment reversal, unauthorized sharing, or conduct that substantially harms the platform or community. Where appropriate, CTRcheck may provide notice or an opportunity to cure. Serious fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity may result in immediate restriction.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTRcheck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of audience, loss caused by third-party platform action, or reliance on educational information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CTRcheck and its operators harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or material violation of these Terms.
23. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a mandatory law gives you greater rights than these Terms, that law controls to the extent required.
24. Changes to these Terms
CTRcheck may update these Terms from time to time. The updated page will display a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Where law requires fresh consent, CTRcheck will request it.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a customer and cannot lawfully be excluded. Before filing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be brought before a court or lawful dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction.
